Висновок: за підсумками проведеного функціонального аналізу необхідно зробити висновок, що з двох сторін контрольованої операції саме Компанія приймає на себе в меншому обсязі основні найбільш суттєві ризики, які приймає на себе Постачальник (в т.ч. пов'язані з виробництвом, зміною цін на продукцію, знецінення продукції). У свою чергу, Компанія здійснює деякі функції (маркетинг, транспортування продукції), але їх набір обмежений в порівнянні з Постачальником. Тому саме Компанія буде обрана стороною, що тестується, в рамках контрольованих операцій для цілей цієї Документації.
