У зв’язку з цим, ми змушені звернутися до Вас з проханням заповнити та надати до обслуговуючого
відділення Банку або надіслати до Банку каналами системи дистанційного обслуговування рахунків
"Клієнт-Банк" опитувальник, що додається до листа (Додаток 1 - для юридичних осіб або Додаток 2 -
для фізичних осіб – підприємців).
Будь - ласка, зверніть увагу на те, що стаття 64 Закону України "Про банки і банківську діяльність",
у разі ненадання або відмови клієнта надати відомості для здійснення ідентифікації, вимагає від Банку
відмовити клієнту у подальшому обслуговуванні до отримання таких відомостей. Тому, для продовження
плідної співпраці нам дуже важливо отримати від Вас запрошувану інформацію.
В якості додаткової інформації повідомляємо, що Вся надана до Банку інформація є банківською таємницею,
доступ до якої є обмеженим та яка може бути розкрита третім особам тільки в законодавчо встановленому
порядку (ст. 62 Закону України "Про банки і банківську діяльність").
Ми будемо дуже вдячні за надану Вами інформацію та просимо із розумінням поставитися до прохання Банку,
що викликане вимогами чинного законодавства України.
