Сторона, що отримує Конфіденційну Інформацію, погоджується, що, окрім випадків надання попереднього письмового дозволу Стороною, що надає Конфіденційну Інформацію, вона протягом терміну дії даного Договору, дотримуватиметься наступних правил по відношенню до будь-якої Конфіденційної Інформації за цим Договором:
a. не використовувати Конфіденційну Інформацію, яка надається іншою Стороною відповідно до Статті I, для будь-яких цілей окрім Мети;
b. захищати Конфіденційну Інформацію іншої Сторони від розголошення;
c. обмежувати розповсюдження Конфіденційної Інформації, яка надається іншою Стороною, і надавати її лише співробітникам, або співробітникам їх Афілійованих компаній, яким вона необхідна у зв'язку з Метою.
