Зважаючи на важливість і актуальніс

Зважаючи на важливість і актуальність питання щодо врегулювання ситуації на валютному ринку України та з метою ефективного виконання вимог постанови Правління Національного банку України від 29.08.2014 N 540 "Про введення додаткових механізмів для стабілізації грошово-кредитного та валютного ринків України" Служба фінансового моніторингу Національного банку України вважає за необхідне зазначити наступне.
Враховуючи стан валютного ринку України, наголошуємо на необхідності забезпечення проведення банком ефективного аналізу документів, які є підставою для купівлі іноземної валюти, до подання реєстру з купівлі іноземної валюти "Інформація про намір купівлі безготівкової іноземної валюти в розрізі суб'єктів" до Національного банку України.
З метою максимального сприяння оперативній купівлі валюти для клієнтів у банку має бути організована спільна робота підрозділів валютного контролю та фінансового моніторингу стосовно підтвердження банком в наданих клієнтом документах, які є підставою для купівлі іноземної валюти, відсутності ознак удаваних угод, а також тих, що не є характерними та не відповідають видам діяльності клієнта.
