А). Перевірка порівнянності товарних ринків
Відповідно до вимог ПКУ при визначенні порівнянності компаній необхідно також враховувати порівнянність товарних ринків, які характеризуються рядом факторів, що впливають на ціну операції або на рентабельність діяльності компаній.
Спираючись на той факт, що сторона, що тестується знаходиться в Україні і здійснює діяльність на вітчизняному ринку, як ринок товарів нами був обраний ринок України для проведення подальших етапів економічного аналізу.
Таким чином, на даному етапі було сформовано вибірку компаній, зареєстрованих в Україні.
В результаті застосування вищевказаного критерію пошуку в базі даних RUSLANA було сформовано вибірку з 2 987 059 потенційно зіставних компаній.

Б). Форма діяльності
На даному етапі на основі аналізу функціонального профілю тестованої сторони ми вибрали компанії, діяльність яких відповідає наступним кодам КВЕД в базі даних RUSLANA:
46.51 - Оптова торгівля комп'ютерами, периферійним комп'ютерним обладнанням і програмним забезпеченням. Цей клас включає:
- - оптову торгівлю комп'ютерами та периферійним комп'ютерним устаткуванням;
- - оптову торгівлю програмним забезпеченням.

Таким чином, вищезазначений підхід дозволить отримати найбільш повний список компаній, які здійснюють діяльність, функціонально порівнянну з діяльністю сторони, що тестується в рамках контрольованої операції.
В результаті даного етапу дослідження з вибірки було виключено 2 985 397 компаній. Загальна кількість компаній, що залишилися в вибірці після даного етапу, склала 1 662 компаній.

As a result of this phase of the study sample were excluded 2 985 397 companies. The total number of companies remaining in the sample after this stage, was 1 662 companies.
