14.1. Якщо будь-яка умова цього Дог

14.1. Якщо будь-яка умова цього Договору втрачає чинність, це не впливає на чинність решти його умов.
14.2. Відносини, які не врегульовані цим Договором, регулюються нормами чинного законодавства України. На умови цього договору не розповсюджуються вимоги Закону України “Про оренду державного та комунального майна”.
14.3. Всі зміни та доповнення до цього Договору оформляються Сторонами у формі Додаткових угод. Додаткові угоди до цього Договору після їх підписання уповноваженими представниками Сторін додаються до даного Договору і є його невід'ємною частиною.
14.4. У випадку зміни адреси Орендаря та неповідомлення Орендодавця про нову адресу, будь-яка направлена йому інформація від Орендодавця буде вважатися відправленою та отриманою Орендарем, якщо вона відправлена за адресою, вказаною в цьому Договорі.
14.5. Всі раніше домовленості та укладені Сторонами письмові угоди стосовно предмету цього Договору втрачають силу з моменту підписання даного Договору.
14.6. Сторони визначають уповноважених представників, які уповноважені представляти їх інтереси згідно умов цього договору:

14.7. Сторони погодилися, що текст цього договору, будь-які матеріали, інформація і відомості, що стосуються умов договору, є конфіденційними і не можуть передаватися третім особам без попередньої згоди іншої Сторони, крім випадків, коли така передача пов'язана з отриманням офіційних дозволів, документів, необхідних для виконання умов договору, сплати податків, інших обов'язкових платежів, а також у випадках, передбачених чинним законодавством України. У випадку порушення умов цього пункту, винна Сторона відшкодовує іншій Стороні завдані збитки.
14.8. Орендодавець є платником єдиного податку.
14.9. Цей договір складений у 2-х оригінальних примірниках, які мають однакову юридичну силу, з яких один зберігається у Орендодавця, а один - у Орендаря.
